Every property is different. Provena One supports the full range of deal structures, from refurbishment funding to long-term commercial leases.
A partner sources an HMO. Tokens are issued to raise the refurbishment capital from investors. Once complete, the partner either manages the property, with rental income flowing to token holders, or sells it, returning capital with profit to investors via the platform.
A partner identifies a large commercial building. Provena tokenises the asset. The partner manages the commercial lease; rental income is automatically distributed to token holders via smart contracts, who also benefit from asset appreciation as the property value grows.
Provena One manages the entire token lifecycle end-to-end: investor onboarding (KYC/AML), primary token sale, secondary market trading, income distribution, and corporate actions. The partner focuses on deal sourcing; Provena handles everything else.
